Racing improves the breed, and Neuspeed's Threaded Body Coil-Over Suspension System uses the same technology that helped our Neuspeed Accord dominate the Super Touring racing series in its inaugural season. Specially manufactured by Bilstein & Koni, these units feature threaded bodies that allow the spring perch to be threaded up or down to fine-tune ride height and optimize handling. As true Tuner components, they feature shorter shock rods, valving specific to each car model, and a precision calculated bump-stop height and hardness (shore). Only Neuspeed - spec coilovers use massive shock rods (14mm on Acura and Honda) while competitors use the tiny 11.5mm rods that are incapable of handling side loads and whose seals leak oil.
