JAOS has developed the BATTLEZ exhaust to perform the optimum balance between maximum engine performance and everyday drive-ability. A deep throaty sound at the tail pipe, not inside the vehicle, guaranteed to improve the pride of ownership and the excitement of driving experience. Each exhaust system is vehicle specific, built after all emission control devices, with flanges, gaskets, & stainless steel hardware for an easy direct bolt-on installation. Mufflers, pipes & hardwares are constructed with 100% T-304 stainless steel inside and out to protect it from harmful elements such as corrosive gases, moisture, mud, salts and rust. Mufflers are designed for maximum efficiency & minimum noise. Exhaust pipes are CNC cut and mandrel bent from 1.5mm thick pipe to assure an uninterrupted exhaust flow velocity. Each exhaust is T.I.G. welded by hand for precision fitment and optimum strength. BATTLEZ Exhaust utilize all factory mounting points and the stainless steel hangers fit perfectly to all factory hanger locations. A massive 120mm(~4-3/4") double walled with rolled edge and angle cut stainless steel tail pipe engraved with BATTLEZ logo for a sporty appearance. The whole exhaust system is fully polished to a mirror like finish to ensure the longevity performance & beauty for years to come.
